Types of Lime Preparation Plants
Transmin hydrated lime plants are available as complete turnkey systems. The most common method is to store the hydrated lime in a silo and dose it to a tank where it is mixed with water to produce a ‘milk of lime’ solution (MOL).
Available as complete turnkey systems or supplied separately for existing operations, comprising roller mounted ball mill slakers, silos and filling lines, bag breakers, mix tanks, screw and vibratory feeders, pumps and control systems.
Transmin quicklime slaking plants are available as a turnkey system or supplied separately for existing operations, comprising of bag-breaking systems, storage silos, screw feeders, vibrating feeder, pre-wetter vortex, ball mill, pumps, pipework and control system.
