Hydrated Lime Plants

Transmin hydrated lime plants are available as complete turnkey systems. Β The most common method is to store the hydrated lime in a silo and dose it to a tank where it is mixed with water to produce a β€˜milk of lime’ solution (MOL).

Limestone Grinding Plants

Limestone Grinding Plants

Available as complete turnkey systems or supplied separately for existing operations, comprising roller mounted ball mill slakers, silos and filling lines, bag breakers, mix tanks, screw and vibratory feeders, pumps and control systems.

Quicklime Slaking Plants

Transmin quicklime slaking plants are available as a turnkey system or supplied separately for existing operations, comprising of bag-breaking systems, storage silos, screw feeders, vibrating feeder, pre-wetter vortex, ball mill, pumps, pipework and control system.

Transmin specialises in the roller mounted ball mill style of lime slaker for individual dry feed capacities up to 10tph.
Are the storage silos of bolted construction or site welded?
Bolted silos are the preferred option, however for larger storage capacities over 2000mΒ³Β  welded silos may be selected.
Is Transmin able to offer lime systems for quicklime, hydrated lime and limestone?Β 
Yes all systems are available, depending upon what type of lime or calcium carbonate the customer is using in their process.
