Sprockets

Sprockets are made from quality cast steel with the external tooth profiles deep induction hardened for maximum durability. Sprocket segments are forged and thoroughly hardened for extended wear life.

Rodillos

Our heavy duty top rollers guide tracks over the undercarriage frame and are designed to guaranteed performance for each application and are manufactured with reinforced flanges and heavy duty seals for increased wear life and reliability.

Track Chain

Excavator chains are grease filled and sealed for extended wear life. Polyurethane seals prevent abrasive materials from entering the internal pin & bush therefore reducing wear. Included in stock is a full range of low ground pressure (LGP) track groups for most excavators from 5 -25 tonnes.

For dozer and other demanding applications, Transmin stock a range of sealed and lubricated track (SALT) chains with oil filled lubricant which reduces internal friction and extends wear life.

Track Groups

Transmin can provide track groups for machinery from a wide range of manufacturers including CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, John Deere, Hitachi and more with the capability to supply in a range of lengths and widths for all purposes and applications. 

A complete range of single & triple grouser track shoes from 300mm to 1200mm for all standard and LGP applications.

Holgazanes

We also place great emphasis on wear resistance for idlers. No matter whether cast, forged or welded, Berco idlers offer improved structural strength and optimum tracking. Our “lifetime” seals ensure permanent lubrication, thus reducing maintenance and operating costs.

Rodillos

Our rollers have been carefully engineered to transfer the weight of a fully laden machine through the undercarriage and tracks and down to the ground while reducing the forces working against the machine during operation and maintaining optimum performance no matter the tasking.
