An agency product is a product offered by Transmin that supports and compliments our OEM equipment. Transmin either owns the brand, such as ConveyorPro or may be the appointed Australian distributor, like with Berco.

What is the benefit of buying an Agency Product through Transmin?

In some cases the brands we represent may not have a local head office. Buying through Transmin gives you piece of mind that your purchase is backed and support by the Transmin team.

How are Agency products warranted?

All products sold through Transmin are either supported by the warranty offered by Transmin or like in the case of undercarriage, supported by the warranty offered by the OEM. In either case you take piece of mind knowing that Transmin will manage the warranty.
