Refund Policy for Credit Card Purchases:

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If the goods purchased with a credit card are found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind on purchases made with a credit card. However, we may offer store credit or exchange for eligible items at our discretion.

Returns and Refunds Procedure: To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase. The customer must provide proof of purchase and details of the issue with the goods. Our team will assess the issue and, if deemed eligible, provide instructions on how to return the goods for refund, repair, or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs: If the goods are deemed eligible for a refund, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs incurred by the customer in returning the goods to us.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned goods.

Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply to purchases made with a credit card that are exempt from the Australian Consumer Law, such as wholesale or business-to-business transactions.

Additional Protections: Some credit card providers may offer additional protections or benefits to their customers, such as extended warranties or purchase protection. We recommend customers check with their credit card provider to see if these benefits apply to their card and how they work.
