As part of our ConveyorPro range, Transmin supplies a wide range of idler assemblies to suit most conveyor applications – engineered according to the highest industry standards . 1,2,3,4 or 5-Roll idler frame designs are available to suit client specifications.

ConveyorPro Inline Training Idler Assemblies are available in 3 or 5 roll configurations to suit required belt width, trough angle, roller spacing and pivot. Frames/brackets are made from high quality corrosion resistant steel, with a range of finishes available.

The purpose of the training idler is to prevent to keep the belt running straight by preventing ‘miss-tracking’. The training idler corrects miss-tracking thanks to a central pivot that turns the idler frame and belt back to centre should it wander to one side. The training idler uses special guide rollers on each end of the frame to help guide the belt. Guide roller types, including bell-curved, stub and tapered, are available as part of the ConveyorPro Roller range (click here).
