Transmin has finalised the acquisition of Dyna Engineering, with the business officially joining Transmin Pty Ltd effective 2 June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>This acquisition brings together two highly respected Western Australian companies with strong industry reputations, extensive technical expertise, and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding solutions for their customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Dyna Engineering based in Bayswater, has been a successful family owned and operated business for the past two decades. The company is recognised for its design, manufacture, and supply of conveyor equipment and components, and has built a trusted reputation through its expertise, dedication, and long-standing customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>We are excited to welcome the Dyna Engineering team to Transmin, combining its capabilities with Transmin\u2019s existing product portfolio to deliver enhanced value for our customers. Together, we will leverage the strengths, experience, and complementary offerings of both organisations to create a broader and more capable portfolio, strengthening our market position and deliver even greater value to our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Dyna Engineering will continue to operate as an independent entity within Transmin, maintaining the high standards of service and support that customers have come to expect.
