Some time ago, Transmin recognised the need for a light to medium duty rockbreaker to compliment the range of Transmin heavy duty machines and developed the General Purpose (GP) range.

After extensive development, the design of a suitable machine was refined and introduced, to be marketed under the brand name of Rock-Logic.  To enable costs to be minimised, the lengths of the boom and jib were limited to a few standard sizes so various reaches could be accomodated by a 'mix and match' of standard boom and jibs.
