Transmin, a leading Australian engineering company, has established a local presence to best serve Queensland's thriving mining market. Transmin was formed in 1987 and has grown to engineer and project manage turnkey projects and a range of products including lime plants, flocculant mixing systems, rockbreakers, silos, conveying systems and material storage to some of the biggest names in Australian and global mining.

In June 2003 Transmin established a Queensland sales office to provide engineering and project management support to the growing number of clients in the region. The growing success of this office is managed by Transmin's Regional Sales Manager, Martin Holden, who has over twenty years experience in bulk materials handling.

Transmin's Queensland office provides an important local presence in the market, and the combination of superior engineering and project management in Transmin's Perth head office with local technical expertise has proved to be a winning formula. Since its inception the Queensland office has successfully managed projects in alumina refineries, copper and gold mines, nickel refineries and steel processing plants throughout Australia and the Pacific Rim.
