Types of Systems

Polymix Systems

The Polymix range of flocculant mixing systems consists of standard mixing systems designed to cater for the most commonly required capacities. Units are fully modularised on an integral base for ease of movement.

Each system consists of the bulk bag loading and storage hopper with dry flocculant powder pneumatic feeding system, mixing tank mounted on top of the larger storage aging tank, dosing pumps, the system comes with an automated control system to minimise operational involvement.
Flocculant Systems

Transmin supplies both packaged and turnkey flocculant mixing systems, including a full turn-key service from concept development through to design, manufacture, installation and commissioning, including electrical controls and civil works and have supplied to a wide range of industries worldwide – most notably mining and minerals processing.
Reagent Systems

Transmin capabilities extends to multiple reagent systems including sugar, starch, depressant, coagulant and frother preparation systems.

Transmin also has experience in the preparation of liquid solutions for reagents such as soda ash, magnesia, ammonium sulphate, fluorosilicate, xanthate, PAC and other liquids.
