What is the standard Transmin recruitment process?
Transmin advertises on a range of job platforms, including social media. Applicants can apply online via our careers page or on the platform upon which the advertisement was viewed. Our HR system will notify you that your application has been received, and our HR team will then review it. You will be kept up to date throughout the recruitment process and, if selected, will be contacted directly by one of our HR team members to arrange a face-to-face interview at our head office based in Malaga.
I’m having trouble with my application. What do I do?
You can contact Reception on 08 9270 8555, Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, and will be put through to one of our HR team who can assist with your issue. Alternatively, you can email recruitment@transmin.com.au with your query or application.
I’ve submitted my application for a role online. When will I hear from you?
Transmin will endeavour to update you on your application within one week of your submission. In most cases, you will be contacted via phone or email within 2-3 business days of applying. Timelines are dependent on the volume of applications received for the given role.
Am I required to have a COVID-19 vaccination to work for Transmin in Australia?
Vaccination for COVID-19 is dependent on the role you are applying for and whether it requires travel domestically and/or internationally to places that require compulsory vaccination for COVID-19 as a condition of entry.
